Large Dimension Machining

We produce precision mechanical assemblies and large-scale machining throughout France and internationally.

Founded in 1987 and located in Besné, Loire-Atlantique, near Nantes and Saint-Nazaire, MHB, with its team of 37 trained and qualified professionals, specializes in machining medium and large-scale complex, high-tech parts for the following sectors: Aeronautics, Oil & Gas, Semiconductors, Space & Defense, and Mechanical Engineering.

We also manufacture mechanical systems and subsystems. Our machine park includes vertical lathes for turning, with diameters up to 2.4 meters, and machining centers for milling, equipped with 3, 4, and 5 axes and with a maximum capacity of 8m x 1.2m x 2m. MHB can machine all types of materials: Superalloy, Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Titanium, Aluminum, and Plastics. We are also equipped with a CMM with a maximum capacity of 1.5m x 2.5m x 1.5m, a FARO Prime arm with a diameter capacity of 1.2m, and a 3D photogrammetry system, allowing us to provide dimensional control services.
